Spot on Mark. I remember doing some analysis of the Middlesbrough General Election result to support my arguement for AV. Less than 1 in 4 of the electorate voted for him.
Hear, hear. And bloody hear again. Bell and his ilk are the predictable products of a safe seat in the FPTP system.
